Bond Street, Wombwell

This project consisted of a minor refurbishment of a two bedroom terrace house for one of our long-term landlords after the vacation of a long-term tenant.

We first carried out a strip out of the bathroom suite and flooring.

Following the strip out we completed the replacement of the bathroom, fully re-decorated and installed new flooring throughout.

We also replaced the heating system and internal doors.

The property was then handed back to our property management team and re-let within days of completion.
