Bridge Street, Darton

This project consisted of a refurbishment of a three bedroom terrace house for an out of the area client.

The property had already been partly stripped out upon our involvement, so we completed the strip out and begun to 1st fix the electrics and plumbing prior to us plaster boarding and skimming the entire property.

Once the plastering was complete, we commenced with the installation of the kitchen and bathroom, second fixed the plumbing & electrics, installed new woodwork and doors, and completely decorated the property.

We also installed a new boiler and 500mm of loft insulation to give the property an energy rating of C to comply with the up coming rental property requirements.

Once complete the compliance certificates & keys were handed over to our property management team for them to beginning marketing. The property is now let and we will continue our great working relationship with the client.
