With what started out as an empty 50,000sq foot storage warehouse we created manufacturing facilities, distribution warehouse, laboratories, offices and staff facilities for Cosmarida 2010 Limited & sister company HotHouse Partnerships for which is renowned for their tanning product 'St Moriz'.

After discussing our client’s requirements and design needs our project team ensured everything happened on time as planned. The team worked around a busy working environment with very little disruption to their workforce.
