Dillington Terrace, Barnsley

This project consisted of a refurbishment of a two bedroom terrace house for one of our long-term landlords.

We carried out a strip out, with some areas completely back to brickwork, re-plastered, decorated and installed a new kitchen and bathroom.

We also completed a full re-wire, installed a new heating system & radiators, flooring, doors and carried out a garden clean.

The property was then handed back to our property management team and re-let within days of completion.
