This project consisted of a refurbishment of a two bedroom terrace house for one of our landlords.

We carried out a strip out, complete damp proof course to the ground floor, replaced the lounge floor and upgraded the electrics to comply with current regulations.

Following on from the damp proof course we re-plastered the entire property, decorated, installed a new kitchen & bathroom and completed by installing new flooring throughout. The property is now let just 48 hours after the completion of the refurb by our property management team.
