Construction of a rear conservatory extension, refurbishment of internals which include decoration, flooring, electrical works and a heating system replacement.

All In One Group as the main contractor was responsible for health, safety and the protection of the environment. The Company's Policy document details the responsibilities of individual members of the Company's management structure at all levels. The document contains "core" duties for each individual and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations responsibilities which are activated in accordance with the Client's wishes as defined in the contract.

The Site Manager drives the health, safety, environmental and quality management system on site and is responsible for the implementation of the policies in connection with such matters as, risk assessment, induction training, other appropriate training, the monitoring of competence, the procurement and control of sub-contractors, the control of temporary works, consultation, accident and incident investigation/reporting, quality issues, etc.

The Project was completed on schedule, within budget and to the Clients complete satisfaction.
