St Anne's Drive, Monk Bretton

Following on from an accidental fire in the kitchen this project consisted of a full refurbishment of a two bedroom apartment for one of our current landlady’s.

Due to extensive smoke damage throughout the property we first carried out a complete strip out, with all areas completely back to brickwork. Ceilings, windows and doors were removed and all electrical and plumbing items stripped out.

Following on from the strip out, we installed new windows, electrics, plumbing, heating and plaster boarded and skimmed the entire property. We also installed a new kitchen & bathroom, completed decorating and new flooring. The property is now in the hands of our property management team as we continue our great working relationship with the client.
